 Candidate Contribution Receipt Limits           

 The maximum election limits calculated using the total number of enrolled o registered voters, excluding voters in inactive status, that may be received by a candidate for a particular office. (EL14-114; NYCR 6214.0)           
 In the 129th NYS Assembly general election, the amount that can be received from individuals or corporations is $4,100.           
 In the 129th NYS Assembly general election, the amount that can be received in the aggregate from the family, defined as the candidate’s child, parent, grandparent, brother, sister and the spouses of any such persons is a total of $19,283.           
 These limits are subject to change and should be verified with NYSBOE and/or applicable local board.
