Dear Voter:
It is with pleasure I welcome you to my 2024 Magnarelli.com website. I have held the office of Assembly Member since 1999 and have worked collaboratively since that time with elected officials of all political parties, along with professionals in business, labor, education, higher education, healthcare and the arts. My most enjoyable part of representing the people of the 129th District is meeting directly with them to not only discuss issues important to them, but also to gain their insight and perspectives. The information on this website represents the hard work and proven results that we have produced working together for our Central New York communities. We have been able to deliver results for our area that include: legislation to facilitate improvements on Onondaga Lake; bills to help the City of Syracuse combat blighted properties and legislation to protect jobs in Central NY. Additionally, we have secured additional funding in the NYS Budget for our public schools, not-for-profits and community organizations. What my success indicates is an ability to work together with my colleagues in Albany and Central NY, to advocate for and compromise when necessary, for the good of the people of New York State, and to represent the constituents of my home district with leadership, experience and results.                                                             ~Assemblyman Bill Magnarelli
