Assemblyman Magnarelli’s voice in Albany is one that is heard and respected.

Assemblyman William B. Magnarelli has represented the 129th District
from 1999 to 2014.  During his tenure in the NYS Assembly, he has
Chaired numerous Assembly Standing Committees such as the Municipal
Governments and Veterans committees, and has been appointed by the
Speaker and Governor to serve on various task forces and boards, most
notably the powerful Regional Economic Development Council over-seeing
and deciding on projects for the Central New York Region.

In 2012 and 2013, Assemblyman Magnarelli was ranked #1 as the
Assembly member who passed the most bills signed into law.
Assemblyman Magnarelli was also a leader in delivering an on-time budget
for four consecutive years in a row 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014.

Assemblyman Magnarelli believes that these accomplishments are due to an ability to foster bi-partisan cooperation and to compromise, when necessary, to get the job done for the benefit of his constituents.  After all, this is what government is meant to do! Assemblyman Magnarelli is running for re-election this November 2014, so that he will return to Albany with his vast experience and leadership skills to bring home results for Central New York.
